Core Creek Elementary School is located on the Maple Point Middle School campus in Middletown Township, PA. Construction on the new building began in the spring of 2023, and the school welcomed its first students in January, 2025. The entire student body of Pearl S. Buck Elementary School in Levittown transferred to Core Creek at that time, and additional students from other Neshaminy elementary schools will be joining them with the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
Core Creek was built to replace the aging Buck Elementary, which opened in 1966. In addition, its larger capacity allowed for adjustments to be made to enrollment numbers at other district elementary schools, easing overcrowding and accounting for demographic changes throughout the district. The building was designed by the Spiezle architectural design firm, which was also responsible for the design of Tawanka Elementary School, completed in 2016.
